1. This web site of Japan Philatelic Group Ltd., is offered to persons, organisations, firms or companies (the 'User') conditioned on Users acceptance without any modification of the Terms, Conditions and Notices contained herein. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the User and Japan Philatelic Group Limited.
   
   
2. (a) Payment by Sterling Cheque on British Bank, payable to Japan Philatelic Group Ltd., we reserve the rights to clear cheques before dispatching the goods.
   
   (b) Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, JCB, or PayPal, without commission and upon authorisation from the Card Provider. Minimum orders by Credit Card £10.00.
   
   
3. (a) The User undertakes to register using their correct name and address, and any other requested details.
   
   (b) The User may pay by the afore mentioned Credit Cards, the User must ensure that they are fully entitled to use that Card at that time when they enter its details and that the Card has available sufficient funds to cover the transaction in full.
   
   
4. All orders are sent at the Users risk, unless Recorded / Registered delivery is requested and paid for.
   
   
5. All offers and prices are subject unsold.
   
   
6. All material supplied is subject to User satisfaction, or Refund if returned in the exact condition in that which it was supplied, if returned within 7 days (United Kingdom) or 14days (Rest of the World).
   
   
7. We are a web based ONLINE and MAIL ORDER ONLY company and do not have a store/shop. Office hours are from 09:00 to 17:00.
